Give me Your wisdom
God has shared many things with me lately. He describes them as “pearls of wisdom.” The pearl of your heart is wisdom of worth.
I write every day, and still have to catch up with the number of messages I’ve received. This is one of them.
I went through a short period of time feeling unworthy of the precious wisdom He’s given me. I’ve looked at blogs, and pages that I’ve written and thought “Who am I to possess this kind of treasure”? This morning, he made me aware that He has shared His wisdom with me because of my desire to know Him.
Our Heavenly Father is a God that will be with us forever. He wants us to desire to know Him. He’s a thorough examiner of hearts. If you truly desire a relationship with Him, and you seek Him with all your heart, he will personally provide you with everything you need, in order to know Him better.
John 14:18 I will not leave you as orphans; I will come to you.
Every person alive can have great hope in knowing that God releases Himself into you in your private time. The private time we give God is when He gives us His innermost wisdom.
Pray in your private time. Read the word of God in your private time. Feed your spirit in your private time. Watch people of God online in your private time. These are some of my favorites:
The wisdom of God can’t be learned by going to school. The wisdom of God is only given to us when God sees in us a desire to know Him. A desire to know Him as a Person — and not a religious figure.
Ephesians 1:17 I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know him better.
Proverbs 2:6 For the LORD gives wisdom; from his mouth come knowledge and understanding.
Proverbs 16:16 How much better to get wisdom than gold, to get insight rather than silver!
